2	ts	Cardamom seeds; measure after removing pods
1	ts	Black cummin seeds
1	ts	Whole black peppercorns
2		Inch cinnamon stick
1/2	ts	Whole cloves
1/4		Whole nutmeg; grated

Roast spices separately and grind to a fine powder. Add nutmeg. Store airtight.
